These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by BluePrint Media, located at 812 Sombrero Way, Mississauga, Ontario ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging with our services, website, or consultations, you agree to comply with these Terms.


1. Services Provided

BluePrint Media offers digital marketing services including but not limited to:

Social media marketing and management

Paid advertising (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads)

Lead generation and funnel creation

Content creation and branding support

Custom services may be offered based on written agreement.


2. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information needed for campaigns

Respond promptly to communications and approvals

Refrain from any unlawful or unethical use of our work

Make timely payments according to agreed terms


3. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid according to the agreed-upon schedule (typically monthly).

Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.

Ad spend is separate from our service fees and paid directly by the client.


4. Refunds and Guarantees

Refunds are only provided as outlined in a signed contract. Any performance guarantees (e.g., lead generation promises) will be detailed in the agreement. If applicable, make-good campaigns or service credits may be issued at our discretion.


5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and assets created by BluePrint Media remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use delivered content for their business use, but may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our proprietary methods or templates.


6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

All unpaid fees become immediately due

Access to ad accounts, designs, and files may be revoked

Any shared data or content will be deleted upon request within a reasonable timeframe


7. Limitation of Liability

BluePrint Media is not liable for:

Any loss of revenue, leads, or business opportunities

Platform outages (e.g., Facebook/Instagram downtimes)

Client-side issues (e.g., lack of response, poor lead handling)

We strive for the best outcomes, but results may vary based on industry, location, and timing.


8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share or disclose confidential business information. Both parties agree to keep proprietary strategies, client lists, and campaign data confidential unless legally required to disclose.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.


11. SMS Communications Policy

By opting in to receive SMS messages from BluePrint Media, you consent to receive text messages related to your services, including but not limited to appointment reminders and confirmations.

A. Message Frequency

You will receive appointment-related messages as needed. The frequency of messages may vary based on your level of engagement with our services.

B. Opt-Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode or phone number used. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you may opt in again as you did initially.

C. Help & Support

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected].

D. Carrier Liability & Charges

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS sent and received. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

E. Privacy
